Dear Parent/Guardian

Important Changes in Dates for Year 9 Students

In a previous letter sent to you, you were told that Year 9 Parents' Evening plus the Option Choice Evening was to be held on Monday 10th March. This has now been cancelled.

As you are aware Brookfield and ourselves are in the process of merging together. To ensure both our schools are offering similar subjects, staff have been working together, because of this we have had to put back our planned evening.

The new dates are now Wednesday 2nd April for the Year 9 core subjects (English, Maths and Science) where you can discuss with the teachers your child's Mock SATs results. Your child's Option Choice Evening (where your child will start the selection process of the subjects he/she will study in Year 10) will be held on Monday 21st April 2008.

Both evenings will be held in the main hall from 4.00 - 6.00 pm.
